Women's Ministry

Southview Baptist Women's Ministry provides women opportunities to develop relationships with one another and offers opportunities for spiritual growth and support. We provide ways to serve others through various areas of ministry and outreach. Our goal is to encourage women, uplift the Word of God, and help women grow spiritually, emotionally, and personally.

Planning Meetings
The women's ministry meets at the church on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00. Anyone interested is encouraged and welcome to attend these planning meetings at any time. Members of the planning team currently include: Thea Kane, Kelly Friedlander, Cara Aylor, and Julie Leatherman.


Women's Retreat
Planning has begun for our 2009 Women's retreat. We are in the very early stages of planning this event, for the spring of 2009, and welcome all ideas, and participation. The next meeting is Sunday, June 1, 2008 at 12:15. Lunch will be provided. Please contact Kelly Friedlander or Monica Petrini if you are interested in being involved in the planning of the retreat.
