We are so excited that you are interested in joining this co-op. The registration process is very straight forward. Please simply download the statement of faith, participation agreement, registration and background check forms (download here), fill them out and mail them to:

Please mail the forms and the $50 fee in time for them to arrive at the church no later than June 1, 2011. Please make checks out to Southview Community Church. If you have already had a background check performed through Southview Community Church, you do not need to fill out the background check form.

Enrollment is subject to class availability. We will make every effort to enroll as many students as we have parent-teachers to accommodate while maintaining a healthy child to teacher ratio. Final admission will be determined by the co-op leadership team. Please browse through the website and familiarize yourself with the information there.
