Angels and Demons:  Debunking the Myths is a twelve week systematic study of the invisible world of angels, Satan and demons. By examining the reality of the existence of all three we’ll discover that the spirit world is something beyond fallen man’s perceptions; we’ll gain a greater understanding of just how awesome and sovereign God is; and we’ll see the realities of good, evil, and sin, and their impact on our eternity. Along the way we’ll look at questions such as demon possession, whether we become angels when we die, and is Satan real as we compare common misconceptions with the realities found in the Bible. The study will rely solely on the Bible, no other text or prior study will be required.

Discover Southview is a class for new and prospective members of Southview that is designed to give an overview of who we are, what we’re about, what we believe, and where we’re going as a church. We talk about everything from church doctrine, governance, budgets, and spiritual giftedness. This class is a requirement for membership at SCC.

Financial Peace University is a video based class taught by Dave Ramsey designed to help you discover how to handle money in accordance with the principles in God’s Word. Topics discussed include budgeting, debt, college savings, investing for retirement, insurance, and much more. This class is one that we’d like to see every member of SCC take – it is beneficial no matter what your current financial condition!

Using the Wiersbe Bible study series as our guide, Dr. Warren W. Wiersbe unpacks the book of Ephesians, examining the countercultural nature of the gospel through illustrations and analysis.  He will open our eyes to the riches that believers already have which we frequently (without knowing) take advantage of.  God has already given believers the "engagement ring" of His Holy Spirit; the tangible things of this life can never amass an eternal fortune.
