At Southview Baptist Church, children are important. Committed to equipping children for their futures, we team with our church family to cultivate Christ-centered children who fully rely on God and are growing spiritually.
With a foundation built on prayer, we use the Bible as our curriculum, adult volunteers as our living examples of a Christ-centered people, and printed materials, budgets, and programs as our resources. Our goal is that all children be loved, valued, and their faith nurtured as they become committed followers of Jesus Christ!
Simply stated, we pray, equip, and encourage so that our children will believe, grow, and lead.
Sonshine Kids Preschool Department 9:30am AND 11:00amOur "Sonshine Kids" Preschool Department offers several self-contained classrooms for any child between birth and Kindergarten. Preschoolers stay for both hours with different Bible-based, age-appropriate curriculum being used each hour. Experienced volunteers provide a safe, loving atmosphere while modeling Christian behavior.
While in our Preschool Department, the children learn about God and how much He loves them. We model and encourage the application of Biblical truths such as sharing and obeying to their daily lives.
